Why do we charge a cleaning fee?
Our properties are thoroughly cleaned in between each guest. We do not hire out a cleaning company to clean our properties, the team who checks you in and takes care of you during your stay also cleans up before and after you leave. All towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillow protectors, blankets & comforters are washed after each stay. All fabric is disinfected with a spray disinfectant. Our floors are vacuumed and hand-washed, windows cleaned, and bathrooms & kitchen scrubbed. Your couches and chairs are vacuumed regularly in addition to steam cleaning throughout the year. We provide additional coffee/creamer/sweetener as needed along with toilet paper, & paper towels. You may have daily towel exchanges for no additional fee. All dishes run through the dishwasher before you arrive.
